What we collect

• Consultation request forms. If you ask to be contacted by a clinic, we collect the fields you fill in — typically your name, email address, phone number, and whatever details you choose to share about what you're looking for.
• Review submissions. When you submit a clinic review, we collect the review text, the rating, and the contact information you provide so we can verify you're a real person.
• Technical data for abuse prevention. We store hashed IP addresses to detect spam, fake reviews, and abuse. We never store raw IP addresses alongside your personal submissions in a way that identifies you.
• Basic analytics. We use standard, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful — what people read, not who they are.

We don't collect medical records, and we don't want them — please don't send us test results or medical histories.

How leads are used

If you submit a consultation request, your information is stored securely and shared with a clinic only if you request contact. That's the entire purpose of the form, and we don't use your details for anything else — no marketing lists, no cold outreach, no sharing with third parties beyond the clinic you asked about.

What we never do

• We never sell your personal data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
• We never share review-submitter identities with the clinics being reviewed.
• We never use your information for purposes beyond what you asked for when you provided it.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. To make any of these requests, email privacy@fertilityclinicreviews.com and we'll respond promptly.

Data security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect stored data — encrypted connections, access controls, and regular reviews of who can see what. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, serious steps appropriate to the sensitivity of this information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that affects your rights, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date and highlight what changed. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
